1. Warranty Coverage - Minnesota Discount Batteries warrants that all batteries sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
This warranty covers:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Premature failure under normal operating conditions
  • Internal battery faults not caused by external damage or misuse
2. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover – This warranty does not apply to batteries that have been:
  • Improperly installed or incorrectly wired
  • Overcharged, undercharged, or charged with incompatible chargers
  • Discharged beyond recommended limits – Max 80% DOD on deep cycle AGM/Gel, 50% or above recommended DOD
  • Damaged due to neglect, abuse, accidents, or physical damage
  • Exposed to extreme temperatures or environmental conditions
  • Modified or repaired by unauthorized persons
  • Used in applications outside intended deep cycle use
3. Proper Use Requirements - To maintain warranty coverage, the battery must:
  • Be charged using an appropriate charger for deep cycle batteries
  • Not be discharged below recommended voltage levels
  • Be stored and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Be installed correctly with proper connections
4. Warranty Claim Process - To submit a claim:
1.      Return the battery to the original place of purchase
2.      Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
3.      Allow inspection and testing by our technicians
If the battery is determined to be defective under warranty:
  • It will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
  • Limitation of Liability
  • Minnesota Discount Batteries shall not be liable for:
  • Loss of use
  • Equipment damage
  • Labor costs
  • Incidental or consequential damages
This warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of the battery.
5. Governing Law -This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
